This Irish Poitín is made from a rich array of Irish grown and malted grains.
We capture the scents and tastes of the ocean by malting our barley on a bed of seaweed. Plump and salty, this mineral dense malt produces a creamy, flinty spirit. We balance this with raw barley and rye for spice and a waft of warming turf smoked oats.
Head Distiller John Wilcox says: expect a salty sea zephry laced with notes of peat. Creamy. Metallic. Iodine.
